Very poor service. On the website it's written "Shipped in 1 Business Day". I placed the order on 7th June, and they shipped it on 11th June.
On phone they assured package would be delivered by 3-4 days, in reallity, the package got delivered by on 15th June, 8 days since the order was placed. Subhadeep Bhattacharyya,

It is good quality clock and the pics look very nice. I requested the company to expedite printing and approval of my order as it was a present. They did an exceptional job of providing me with the proof the same day and dispatched the order in a expedited way. Recommended!

I ordered this as a gift for my brother's anniversary. Once I paid for the order I sent an email with the photos and the positions as they described. They replied within that day with the layout and also accommodated changes that I requested. They printed the pictures and customized the clock and the gift reached within 2 days. I have attached the image but blurred the pictures.
