Initially they made the wrong product even after giving all specifications, but they accepted their mistake and made that again for me and I got what I ordered for. They seemed a little unprofessional but finally I got what I wanted. So thanks.

The customised ceramic plates were well done. There was some breakage during delivery and I had to order 6 plates again. The company should have given a better discount against the reorder of broken plates.
