As most of the orders on PrestoGifts.Com are of Personalised nature and are processed immediately on receipt, the customer understands that an order may be Cancelled only if the valid Payment has been received and the Processing of the order has not reached a stage where PrestoGifts.Com has already committed the order for Personalisation. Such Cancellation will be processed promptly and Amount received will be refunded in 2 working days with relevant deductions (if any). The customer agrees to respect the decision of PrestoGifts.Com in this regard. Orders received without valid payment will be Cancelled automatically unless the same has been accepted for Cash On Delivery service.
