PrestoGifts.Com understands that a gift and more so when it is personalised has lot of value when shipped on time. As a matter of Policy PrestoGifts.Com processes orders amongst the fastest in the industry and uses only the best courier companies available.

Further, PrestoGifts.Com makes every effort to get the approval on the design from the customer before sending the same for production. PrestoGifts.Com expects its customers to respond quickly so that the customized wonder can be shipped soonest possible.

The Tracking id of the shipments sent are shared with the customers so that they may track and follow up with the courier companies directly. In case of delay by Courier Company every assistance is afforded to the customer however the legal responsibility of PrestoGifts.Com would deem to have been fulfilled after sending the shipment.  

Shipping Timelines:

• Standard Delivery - Normally 1-2 days for Metro Cities, 2-3 days for Non Metro Cities & 4-5 days for more remote locations.
• Express Delivery - 1 day for Metro Cities, 1-2 days for Non Metro Cities & 3-4 days for more remote locations.
• COD Delivery - 2-3 days extra than standard delivery. Express option is not available for COD orders.

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Delivery - Free for all orders above Rs. 500 and Rs 80 for all orders below Rs. 499
• Express Delivery - Starts from Rs 200 for 1 item and increases based on the number of items bought. Refer to below table-

• COD Delivery - 50 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.
